Harlee's Birthday Week

This week Harlee will be celebrated at school. We made a poster to be displayed in her class. Each day she brings something to share with the class that is one of her favorite things. On Friday I will go in and read to her class a book to be donated. Harlee wanted to share a Skippy John Jones book. We will also bring some treats to share with the class. What a fun week for her! Happy Birthday Week Harlee!

Mini Me

A few months ago my mom was going through some stuff and gave me my old dance jacket. On Saturday Harlee asked if she could wear it. So cute! It fits her perfect and takes me back to when I was her age! She reached in the pocket and found a ticket stub from the Clippers vs. Mavericks basketball game in 1989! I remember that we got to dance at the half-time. I cannot believe how long ago that was! So many fun dancing memories and hopefully Harlee will have so many of her own!

The BEST gift

This year for Christmas, Jamie and Mindi bought our family a year pass to Thanksgiving Point. We could not believe it! I have been wanting to take the kids to the museum of curiosity but it is $12 a person. That adds up with 7 people! So since that is included on the pass we went for the first time last Saturday. It was so much fun. The kids loved it! It was such a great place to watch Tag explore and take everything in. It is going to be such a blessing for our family! *Luke was with Tyson so we promised we would go again!

Welcome 2015

It is a new year and we are excited about what this year could bring. We have set a few goals again this year. First we are going to run 2015 miles in 2015! If we accomplish that then we will go to Lagoon as a family. We also decided to contribute throughout the year to a jar. We will use the money in the jar to do something nice for someone at Christmas time. We are all going to contribute and pray that we will feel the spirit as we give to others. We are putting our home on the market this week and cannot wait for the financial blessings that can come from it. We know that this year will bring a lot of change but look forward to going through these changes with my favorite people.

Wrappin in Up- 2014

Another year has gone by too quickly! Cannot believe we are entering 2015! We were so blessed to have a great year as a family. We spent tons of time in St George making memories together! We earned our trip to Disneyland by completing the Book of Mormon and running a lot! So many fun things and so glad that we have documented it all along the way! Here is a little something about each of us... Tag- Tag is our funny little guy who keeps progressing every day. He is scheduled to have his diagnostic testing done in February. We have been promised that if we keep up the therapy he will enter kindergarten at the level he needs to be. We will do all that we can to help him achieve that! Tag is so funny and brings so much joy to our family. He loves Paw Patrol and loves his IPAD (well mostly anyone else's ipad but his own!) He loves to do whatever his brothers and sister are doing. He is still a very very picky eater. Tag lives on milk with instant breakfast, hot dogs, yogurt, fruit snacks, candy, cookies, and chips. I love this little one so much. To think that we would have been done after four saddens me. Tag is one of my six greatest blessings! Gray- Gray is our funny kid! He is all personality! He is always doing something to make us laugh. Gray loves to play his ipad and xbox! He does not love to work or to be patient! Gray is in preschool with Mrs. Cheri and is doing so well. He can spell tons of words using the phonetic knowledge he has acquired! Gray loves spiderman and anything from Big Hero 6. So blessed to have Gray in our family. Nash- Nash is such a smart boy! He is reading so well already and is only in kindergarten. Nash is always so willing to help and is my go-to kid. Nash loves to play his ipad and listen to music. Several times a day he walks up to me with his lips puckered to give me a kiss. Such a sweetheart. Nash loves to hang out with Luke when his friends come over, and sometimes Luke allows this! Nash is such a blessing! Harlee- I always say that if Heavenly Father was only going to allow me to have one daughter, He gave me His best! Harlee is such a dream! She is so helpful and just loves her brothers. Harlee loves to facetime, draw, and dance everywhere! She is doing very well in school and loves her teacher Mrs. Gremmert. So grateful for this little gal and cannot wait to watch her get baptized this next year. Love you Harlee! Luke- Luke is a great example to his siblings. We cannot believe he is already 10- where did the time go. Luke loves to play his ipad and hang out with his two best friends- Tyson and Justin. Luke is doing amazing at swim and shaves off time every meet. He is doing very well in school although he often worries that he is not! We have been letting Luke babysit a little and he is such a help to me. Love our Lukie! Joey and Jamie- It has been a great year for us. Joey is still working at Teva and rumor has it that he is going to be promoted. He works so so hard for our family and we are so blessed because of him. He is serving in the ward as the 16-18 year old Sunday School teacher. I am serving in the primary presidency as the first counselor. I finished my first class back in college with an A! So excited that the hard work paid off. This year we look forward to a new house and hopefully paying off the St George house.

New Year's Eve

We had the best family-filled New Year's Eve! We went to Walmart where everyone chose a favorite treat to share. Then we grabbed Olive Garden to go and then home for a good time! After eating we all put a puzzle together. Then we went downstairs to play the xbox. We did several rounds of Just Dance 2015- Tag loved the "What does the Fox say" song! Then Joey schooled all of us in the xbox tennis- not really shocked about that result! Then we came upstairs and put Tag to bed so we could enjoy the game "Life". Joey and Nash were the winners! Such a fun time! We finished about about 11:20pm and by 11:30pm Gray was out! SO proud of him for making it almost to the New Year! The other kids had no problem staying awake and we all watched the ball drop at midnight! What a great night! Love my family and so grateful for the blessed year we enjoyed together. Look forward to an even better 2015!

Christmas Break in the SG

We were so lucky this year that Joey had saved his time off and was able to take off two full weeks! We quickly got Christmas put away on Thursday night and left Friday morning to enjoy our break in a little warmer weather. It was around the mid 40's for the first few days and we heated the pool for the kids to swim. We played games and swam everyday. Unfortunately we all were hit with the stomach flu. Nash had gotten it a week before and then we all got it down in St George. It was kind of awful. So nice to have the time to be sick and be able to tag team to help when the other could not. We stayed from Friday until Tuesday. It was suppose to snow in St George on Wednesday so we drove home to beat the storm. So blessed to have that house. Love love love our family time! *Kind of obvious that we were all under the weather- this is the only picture I have from the whole trip!

Christmas Morning

Christmas morning started at 6:30am! The kids could not wait another minute to get down and see what Santa had brought for them. I believe he did not disappoint. The kids were spoiled and loved everything that they received. The three littles got plasma cars while Harlee got a moped and Luke received a longboard and gopro camera. Such a blessed Christmas. So grateful for this beautiful life that we get to live. Our kids never want for anything. So so grateful for a hard working husband and a loving Heavenly Father that make this wonderful life possible. Merry Christmas!

Christmas Eve

For Christmas Eve we went over to Jenna's house for deli sandwiches (a tradition from when I was little) and the family DVD. Halfway through the video, the ceiling started dripping because someone had left the water on in the upstairs bathroom. After we got that cleaned up, we finished the dvd with the last picture announcing that Eva will be a big sister! So excited for them! We came home and the kids got to open up their pjs. Then we each drew names this year and opened the presents from each other. It was so fun to see the thought that went into buying the perfect gift for the person who's name you had drawn. Tag bought for Gray- he got him a superhero masher kit Gray bought for Tag- he got him a few paw patrol toys Nash bought for Harlee- he bought her a bracelet making kit she wanted Harlee bought for Joey- she got him some new running shorts and two running shirts Luke bought for me- he got me two scarves, two sweaters, running pants, tank tops, and candy I bought for Luke- I got him a nike basketball and a $15 Itunes card Joey bought for Nash- he got him a rubics cube and a remote control truck Love this tradition. I love my family. I am so grateful for this time of year. The passed few days I have been overcome with gratitude. I am so grateful for the perfect partner to raise these amazing kids. I am truly grateful for our home and all that we have been blessed with. I love my Savior. I know that He lives and I love Him. I feel His hand in my life constantly and consider this one of my greatest blessings. Merry Christmas.

Mimi's Treat Day

On Tuesday we got together at Jenna's for the annual treats with Mimi. This year we went back to making trains. It was fun to watch the kids all create together. I am so grateful that my kids get to grow up with so many cousins. Such a blessing for them!

Childs Annual White Elephant Party

Last night was the annual White Elephant Party. I LOVE this night and look forward to it every year! This year they decided to add the element of the ugly sweater. Jamie and Hailee were the winners. It was so fun. We all walked away with great gifts, most of which we had brought and knew we wanted! I just love Joey's family and love spending time together. What a fun night!

Nash's Patriarchal Blessing

Nash has been thinking about getting his patriarchal blessing for a little while now.  Harlee told him of how they did a devotional at HXP b...
