Cowabunga Bay

On Thursday I decided to take a few hours off of work and take the kids to Cowabunga Bay.  Tag was enjoying his last day of school so I just had the older kids with me.  We invited Erika, Riley, and Mia to come with us.  We had the best time!  The kids loved going on all of the water slides and I mostly enjoyed relaxing in the lazy river.  We had such a great time catching up with the Jones's.  Feel so blessed that we get to enjoy these fun times together!

Fun times in the SG

We spent Saturday moving into our new home and then Joey left early Sunday morning for Philadelphia.  We decided to spend the week in our new home and Joey flew back on Friday afternoon to have a little fun with us before heading back on Saturday night.  Besides the fact that I had to work and we did not have internet in our house (we spent quite a bit of time at John and Darolyne's using their wifi) we had a lot of fun.  We enjoyed lots of swimming, going to the movies to see the Secret Life of Pets, a couple hours at House of Jump, the Crepery, garage sales, and some fun park time.  Have I ever mentioned how much I love St. Goerge??  Nothing beats family time in my favorite place!  So so lucky!

New Digs

In the last post I mentioned the new owner Bonnie well we actually bought her house!  We did a house swap!  We are so excited about our new home.  It is in our dream location of Green Springs.  The house is up on a hill with our backyard being the Red Rock.  We have the most amazing views and the backyard of our dreams!  The house is over 4000 sq ft with 6 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The kids all have their own space except Tag and Gray share which left one room for a work out room!  There is an amazing basement with a hang out room and pool table that the owner left for us! There are a few funky things like antlers on the ceiling fan and a Jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom but this house has so much potential.  It is a home we can enjoy for many many years and make it into exactly what we want!  Cannot wait for the projects and the memories.  We feel so blessed!
